I came across the song I am Woman by Helen Reddy and thought wow! The lyrics stood out as powerful and inspiring to me. The lyrics sing,

Oh yes I am wise
But it’s wisdom born of pain
Yes, I’ve paid the price
But look how much I gained
If I have to, I can do anything
I am strong (strong)
I am invincible (invincible)
I am woman

March 8, 2021, is International Women’s Day. As women, we must remember our worth. Not just today, but every day. We are STRONG, SMART, BEAUTIFUL, INDEPENDENT INDIVIDUALS and we contribute so much every day. We are capable of ANYTHING. There may be road bumps, discouragers, or hardships along the journey, but it is all possible with faith and strength. Women can do anything we set our minds to do – because we are women.

Each and every one of us has inner strength and power to tap into. We are no different than anyone else. The only difference between us is our determination and work ethic. When we work hard and keep striving, we will reach our goals. The strength is within you. When there is something you believe in, you will experience the strength and stamina to keep going and fighting for what you believe in. So keep being you, a woman of STRENGTH, BEAUTY, INDEPENDENCE, and INDIVIDUALITY.
