Ordering:

• No orders may be canceled or changed after submission. Carefully review all information before submitting your order.
• By submitting an order, you (the customer) acknowledge you are 18 years of age or older.
• The sizes we provide are general guidelines only.
• When an item (regardless of color, style, and/or size) is out of stock, it will appear “out of stock” on the online store. Suppliers sometimes cannot predict if/when it will become available. Frequently check the online store for updates on the item you wish to purchase.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. If your order is cancelled, and you have already paid, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Delivery:
• We work to get orders finalized and shipped as soon as possible. We are not held responsible if processing time takes longer due to payment discrepancies or item availability.

Shipments:

• We currently ship merchandise only to locations within the 48 contiguous states within the United States of America.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays due to the USPS (any shipper) or weather issues.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit.
• We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
• All undeliverable packages returned to our warehouse will be charged shipping fees to re-send the item to you.

No Exchanges – We do not offer exchanges at this time.
We offer returns on full-price merchandise only. Returns are for apparel only. Please see our list of non-returnable items.

Non-returnable Items:

Gift Cards – Jewelry – Sunglasses – Cosmetics - Cosmetic Makeup – Cosmetic Fragrance items - Heath and Personal Care items – Discounted items - Final sale items and/or Clearance items - Home decor - Home and Garden items – Drinkware - Hats, Scarves, and Gloves – Accessories - Perishable items and/or Food - Books, Newspapers and/or Magazines.

Return Restocking Fee – Any and all item(s) approved for return will have a 15% restocking fee deducted from the total refund amount.

Return Policy Length - To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be returned and received in our warehouse within 7 days of the original delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since your original delivery date, then unfortunately we cannot provide a refund.

Item Condition – Item(s) must be returned in its original condition, without wear or deterioration of any kind. You may not return an item if it has been washed, worn, or damaged, or if the tags have been removed. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to deny a return credit based on the condition of the returned item(s).

Make the email subject “Attn: Return” and include the following.

• Name of the individual who placed the order.
• Order number.
• Reason for return.
• Proof of purchase.

Please note - Item(s) sent to us without prior return authorization will be returned to the customer’s shipping address.

We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item(s). We are not responsible for returning items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, and no refund shall be given in this circumstance.

Tracking Returns – We highly recommend all returned items be shipped through a trackable system to document dates and assure completed delivery. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged returned items en route, and will not provide a refund in these circumstances.

Return Inspection - Once your return is received and inspected, we will email to notify you if your item(s) has been approved or declined to be returned and given a refund, at our discretion.

Approved Returns - We handle returns as quickly as possible. If your item is approved for a return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds may take time to process. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted off the total refund amount.

Denied Returns - If your item is not approved for a return, we will send the item back to the return address. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged returned items en route, and will not provide a refund in these circumstances.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) – If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank and/or check with your credit card company. It may take time for your refund to be posted. Return Shipping - Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Shipping and handling charges for returns are nonrefundable. You are responsible for paying your own shipping and handling costs to return your item(s). All shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Return Patterns – We reserve the right to refuse any request for a refund. We do monitor the return patterns of customers. We reserve the right not to accept and deny a return as we deem necessary.
