RON – A “Return Order Number” must be obtained before return shipment of the product. Refund item(s) without prior written authorizing claim and RON will be returned to the Customer at Customer’s expense, and no refund will be processed. To obtain a claim and RON go to the contact tab on this site and complete the form. Type – “Attn: Return Dept.”, followed by your order number, Reason for return, and tracking number. Within 48 hours (excluding holidays) a Customer Service agent will respond with your RON.
Product Condition – Product must be returned in its original condition as shipped from our warehouse – without wear or deterioration of any kind. We reserve the right to deny a return credit based upon the condition of the returned product.
Return Patterns – We reserve the right to refuse any request for a refund. We do monitor return patterns of customers. We reserve the right not to accept and deny a return as we deem necessary.
No Exchanges – There is no exchange or credit for the product against another purchase.
Shipping Costs – All original and return packaging and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser without refund.
Tracking – All returned products must be shipped in a trackable system to document dates and assure completed delivery. We are not liable for lost or damaged returned packages en route.
Refund (s) – Only the original cost of the product is refundable. Packaging and/or shipping costs are non-refundable. All special and/or promotional sale items are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return without exception. Upon the receipt and inspection at our warehouse, a product approved for refund will be reimbursed through Pay Pal, and or, as originally purchased. Reimbursement may take 7 – 20 business days to complete (excluding holidays). There will be a 15% restocking charge deducted from the refund.
