Ordering:
- No orders may be cancelled or changed after submission. Carefully review all information before submitting your order.
- By submitting an order, you (the customer) acknowledge you are 18 years of age or older.
- The sizes we provide are general guidelines only.
- When an item (regardless of color, style, and/or size) is out of stock, it will appear “out of stock” on the online store. Suppliers sometimes cannot predict if/when it will become available. Frequently check the online store for updates on the item you wish to purchase.
- If deemed necessary, we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. If your order is cancelled, and you have already paid, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal).
Delivery:
- Most orders are finalized and shipped within 2-7 business days of the time of order placement. We are not held responsible if processing time takes longer than 2-7 business days due to payment discrepancies or item availability of the item(s).
Shipments:
- We are not responsible for shipping delays due to the USPS (any shipper) or weather issues.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to correct or incorrect addresses provided by customer.
- All undeliverable and returned packages will be charged a 15% restocking fee, in addition to any return shipping fees paid by our warehouse.
